Adoption Spotlight: Beginner's Photography Workshop

Hi again... the month of July is almost over and that means our spotlight for the month of July really needs your support!  We've tried to help out the Braniff's as they journey to bring home their little girl from the Congo.  This last big fundraiser is a Beginner's Photography Workshop.  If any of you are in the Columbia, South Carolina area... or close by... we'd love for you to sign up in our workshop!

Do you own an SLR, but don’t know how to get out of the automatic setting?  Are you clueless as to what all of those little settings mean?  Well… you’re in luck!  Because that is where we come in!  Reading manuals can be a blur and a whole lot of information that makes no sense to the common person.  But we can teach you how to operate your camera using its fullest potential, learn a little about technique and composition, as well as some shooting time!
[moms, dads, families, teens or just someone interested in learning the basics]
Here are the details:

When: Saturday, July 30th
Where: 701 Whaley (learning & one on one time) & USC’s Horseshoe (shooting time)
Cost: $50
Includes:  We will spend approximately 1 hour at our studio (located in 701 Whaley) for workshop/class time.  We will go through a slideshow presentation, and each person will receive 10 minutes of one on one attention.  You can ask questions during this time, and receive a little more personal attention.  We will then head outdoors (if weather permits) and spend 30-45 minutes of shooting!  We will provide snacks and a plenty of bottled water!
What you will learn? We will be focusing on basic technique, composition, [very basic] lighting and how to operate your SLR camera!  Most own an SLR, but do not understand enough to maximize it to its fullest!  I am most familiar with Canon equipment, as this is what we use.  However, all are welcome!  :)
Most importantly, you will gain a better understanding of how to work your camera, and capture life’s little moments!
**All payments are due in full in order to reserve your spot!  We will be donating $25 from each attendee’s registration to the Braniff’s to help support them in their adoption!  They’re giving a forever home to a child in the Congo!  To read more about their story… click HERE!
So… what are you waiting for?  Don’t miss out… because we only have 20 spots… oh wait… now only 11 spots available!  Hurry, they’re booking fast!
Contact the studio at 803.429.0621 or by email at alldressedupphotography@yahoo.com

So... don't miss out and please help us support this wonderful family as they raise the funds to bring home their baby!!!

Until then... Brantley
