Yep, that's right! We're officially on the "wait list" and officially approved!!! We've completed everything there is to complete and now comes the hard part.... waiting! Its all in God's hands at this (well, really its been in His hands all along, but you get the point). We can't do anything else, but wait on Him and for His timing! He has our baby somewhere, and I can't wait until the day we meet! I won't lie though, it feels so refreshing to FINALLY be here... in this moment and know that God has a really awesome story to tell through us! How exciting!
Now, for those of you who are unfamiliar with adoption, or better yet, domestic adoption... the wait list means this: WAIT. We will be placed on a list with all of the other adoptive parents, and our family profile will be available for birth moms to access and read about us. They can see some pictures, basic information, like what we do, what we enjoy, how we met, etc. They will actually be the ones to "pick us" to be the parent! So... that is how the process will work and we're really excited to be here! Please continue to pray for us! Also, pray for our baby and the mother that is currently carrying him or her in her womb.

Fantastic news!!! Once we were approved, we only waited 2-3 months before we were picked...it's amazing how fast it happens when it does! Good luck!
