Baby Quilt

After church today, Richard and I decided we wanted to make our baby something special.  Since we haven't been placed and won't know a gender, we decided to do gender neutral.  We based the color scheme off of the baby's room which will be greens, whites and some yellows.  For the start of the quilt, we picked out some fun patterns that we liked, then found two "iron ons" that we liked.  One was a "sweet pea", and the other was a little yellow giraffe.  The giraffe was special since that is the first toy we bought our baby a month or so back.  :)

So, here is what we have started so far... isn't it cute?!!!

I think its coming along nicely.  We have a long way to go, but not bad for a days work!  :)  More pics to come soon.

Until then, Brantley
