90 Degree - Sunday

Yep, thats right, it was a little over 90 degrees today and HOT!!!  It was the sticky, humid hot that is NO fun!  Needless to say, after we got home from church, we stayed inside.  No mowing the grass today, thats for sure.  Instead, we clipped our weekly coupons, then off to the grocery store!  Although we didn't save too terribly much, we did get some good buys!  And because of the stores slackness in taking down store deals, we managed to leave with 2 jars of spaghetti sauce for FREE!  Thats my kind of deal!  :)

We put another coat of primer on the dresser/changing table.  We will let that sit for 24 hours and put the final coat of white paint on it.  Its looking great, so I can wait to show you a picture of the final product!  We invited my parents over for a spaghetti dinner so we could enjoy our free jar of sauce!  haha  They just left and now we're all relaxing on the couch for the evening.  Couldn't have asked for a more relaxing Sunday!  With all that being said, I was very encouraged by Joe and Meg today at church.  They seemed so optimistic, knowing that God has a plan for them.  I'm excited to see what that is and hopefully share in the excitement when their baby is welcomed into their home!  God is good.  Well, this is our start to a new week.... I hope yours is good too!  More updates to come later on.
